We love to constantly discover new places, cultures, and traditions, so when we received an invitation from Chef de Duca to visit the Caria region in Turkey, we instantly said yes. It was the first time we had been on an international tour, the first time in Turkey, and the first time on the Asian continent, so we were super excited to explore this less-promoted region that we hadn't heard of before.
