Daca ne urmariti pe Instagram<\/a> si Facebook<\/a> probabil stiti ca weekend-ul trecut am fost in press trip la inaugurarea complexului eco-turistic montan Valley 21<\/strong> in apropiere de localitatea Vama Buzaului, judetul Brasov, o zona pe care nu o stiam si am fost incantate sa o descoperim.<\/p>\n

A fost cel mai frumos eveniment la care am participat pana acum, lansarea a avut loc in mijlocul naturii, in abruptul nordic al Muntilor Ciucas, pe acordurile Rapsodiei Romane de George Enescu, in interpretarea artistilor Filarmonicii Brasov. A fost cu adevarat un moment magic si incarcat de emotie- sa stai pe baloti de paie, sa asculti Rapsodia Romana in acel loc linistit si sa privesti turmele de oi pascand in apropiere- un sentiment de nedescris.<\/p>\n

Sambata trecuta a fost inaugurata prima casa de vacanta din complexul eco-turistic<\/strong> ce va fi compus din 68 de case individuale si un centru de facilitati. Proiectul\u00a0realizat in urma unei investitii romano-olandeze si a unui parteneriat public-privat cu autoritatile locale urmeaza a fi realizat in totalitate, pana in 2020, pe o suprafata de 68 ha.<\/p>\n

Complexul eco-turistic de case de vacanta Valley 21<\/a> este un model al viitorului pentru ca imbina tehnologia de ultima ora cu cele mai eficiente solutii ecologice, se doreste sa aiba un impact cat mai redus asupra mediului inconjurator.<\/p>\n

Valley 21, o nou\u0103 dimensiune a luxului<\/strong><\/p>\n

Casele Valley 21<\/a> se afla in apropiere de Rezervatia Naturala Valea Zimbrilor (pe care am vizitat-o si am facut cunostinta cu cativa cerbi prietenosi \ud83d\ude42 ) si au dimensiuni generoase. Sunt patru tipuri de case, cu suprafete intre 92 mp si 118 mp, cu preturi cuprinse intre 167.500 si 285.000 de euro. Acestea sunt construite numai din materiale eco friendly, de inalta calitate.<\/p>\n

Totul este gandit astfel incat locuitorilor caselor de vacanta sa nu le lipseasca nimic din confortul cu care sunt obisnuiti in viata de zi cu zi, dar sa primeasca in plus o priveliste incredibila, liniste si pace.<\/p>\n

Acum nu ne ramane decat sa visam la o casa din proiectul Valley 21- in mijlocul naturii, cu o priveliste incredibila, un colt de rai unde sa ne retragem din cand in cand pentru a ne reincarca bateriile. Si s-ar putea ca dorinta sa ni se indeplineasca pentru ca o parte din case vor fi inchiriate de viitorii proprietari si in regim hotelier \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
