Do you know that feeling when you see a beautiful place in a movie and then you are dreaming to get there one day? This weekend we discovered a wonderful place that would be perfect as a film set. We are talking about the Cincsor Guest Houses<\/strong><\/a>, located in the center of the Brasov \u2013 Sibiu \u2013 Sighisoara triangle.<\/p>\n

Although we did our research before we go there, we found that everything looks even more beautiful than in photos. What impressed us from the start was the place aesthetics, but also the story behind it.<\/p>\n

The Former Evangelical School<\/strong> and the Former Parish House<\/strong> have been restored and transformed by Carmen Schuster in two absolutely gorgeous guest houses, where the old blends with the new, traditional and modern and everything is so natural and beautiful!<\/p>\n

Carmen Schuster was born into a family of Saxons in Cincsor village where she attended the Evangelical School which later she turn into this beautiful place. In the ’80s, like most Saxons she emigrated with his family to Germany, where he had a successful career in banking. In 1998 he returned to Romania and later decided to buy the school and the parish house and transform them into these amazing guest houses.<\/p>\n

The two guest houses are placed near the Fortified Church, mentioned for the first time in 1421! After many restoration works, the church it is now opened for public.<\/p>\n

Not only the place offers relaxation, nature and culture, but also the food is delicious. The traditional menu is mixed with modern healthy dishes. The ingredients are local, some from their own garden and others from local producers. In the three days that we stayed at Cincsor we tasted Saxon and Romanian cuisine, but with a twist \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 I was impressed by the vegan menu, very tasty and creative \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

In other words, Cincsor is an ideal place for those who want to spend quality time away from crowded towns.<\/p>\n

And as we live in hashtags era, #liveauthentic seems that one which best fits this beautiful place. It’s not just a place that look good, it’s authentic, it’s a place where you feel like home, hosts are very hospitable, but offers you a lot of freedom and the beautiful stories and history are everywhere.<\/p>\n

Ce ne-a impresionat la Casa de Oaspeti din Cincsor a fost deopotriva felul in care arata locul, dar si povestea deosebita a lui.<\/p>\n

Fosta Scoala Evanghelica si fosta Casa Parohiala din sat au fost restaurate si transformate de catre Carmen Schuster<\/strong> in doua case de oaspeti absolut superbe, unde vechiul se imbina cu noul, traditionalul cu modernul, dar totul e atat de firesc si frumos! Lucrurile au fost facute cu multa pricepere, pasiune si atentie, nu de mantuiala.\u00a0 Am mai vazut locuri ce se pretind autentice, cu influente folclorice, unde cred ca un stergar putin ingalbenit sau o mobila cu aspect retro, cu patina, e suficienta pentru a crea o atmosfera idilica. Nu, la Cincsor nu e asa, lucrurile moderne si lucrurile care poate se apropie de 100 de ani sau mai bine salasuiesc in deplina armonie, alcatuind un intreg ce te indeamna sa ii treci pragul si sa ii asculti povestile.<\/p>\n

Doamna Carmen Schuster este nascuta intr-o familie de sasi din satul Cincsor, sat unde a urmat si Scoala Evanghelica pe care astazi a transformat-o in acest loc minunat. In anii \u201980, ca majoritatea sasilor, a plecat impreuna cu familia in Germania, unde a avut o cariera de succes in domeniul bancar. In 1998 s-a intors in Romania, iar mai tarziu a decis sa cumpere scoala care ajunsese groapa de gunoi a satului. A cumparat apoi si casa parohiala, cladirea vecina cu scoala si a format astfel ansamblul caselor de oaspeti de la Cincsor.<\/p>\n

Langa cele doua case de oaspeti se afla Biserica Evanghelica fortificata din Cincsor, care a fost si ea restaurata. Doamna Schuster ne-a prezentat si biserica si astfel am aflat foarte multe lucruri interesante despre istoria sasilor si despre bisericile fortificate (sunt aproximativ 150 in prezent in Transilvania, dar multe din ele sunt in paragina), lucruri pe care nu le stiam pana atunci pentru ca stim cu totii ca manualele noastre de istorie au grija sa omita anumite informatii \ud83d\ude00 In interiorul Bisericii se afla si o orga foarte veche, o adevarata bijuterie, insa nu am postat poze din Biserica, o veti descoperi voi daca ajungeti in Cincsor \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

In privinta meniului, lucrurile stau la fel ca si in restul casei: traditionalul se imbina cu modernul in preparate sanatoase, dar pline de savoare. Ingredientele folosite sunt locale, unele chiar din gradina proprie si altele de la producatorii locali. In cele trei zile cat am stat la Cincsor am degustat si preparate specifice bucatariei romanesti si sasesti, dar si preparate gourmet \ud83d\ude42 Aa, si sa nu uitam: cea mai buna zacusca din cate am gustat pana acum am gasit-o la Cincsor. Si daca sunteti vegani, nu va temeti ca o sa stati sa inghititi in sec in timp ce comesenii se delecteaza cu preparate gourmet apetisante. Am ramas placut impresionata de meniul vegan, foarte gustos si creativ \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Cu alte cuvinte, Cincsor e un loc ideal pentru cei care isi doresc sa isi petreaca cateva zile departe de agitatia orasului, de tot ce inseamna modernitate. Si daca v-am facut curiosi si va doriti sa ajungeti aici, trebuie sa va spunem ca au pregatit deja un program atractiv pentru Craciun si Revelion, gasiti ofertele pe pagina lor de Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Initiativa doamnei Schuster e un real exemplu ca se poate si in Romania sa realizezi proiecte remarcabile si ne-ar bucura sa vedem mai des astfel de locuri si sa auzim astfel de povesti. <\/span><\/p>\n

Pentru ca tot traim in era hashtag-urilor ni se pare ca #liveauthentic<\/strong> e cel care se potriveste cel mai bine acestui loc frumos. Nu e doar un loc care arata bine din punct de vedere estetic, e autentic, e un loc unde te simti ca in casa de la tine de la tara, gazdele sunt extrem de ospitaliere, insa iti ofera foarte multa libertate, iar povestile frumoase si istoria sunt la tot pasul.
