\nAstazi vorbim despre protectia solara<\/b>. Am mai abordat acest subiect in trecut pe blog, dar vrem sa va mai povestim cateva lucruri pe care nu vi le-am spus pana acum si sa va recomandam cateva creme cu SPF care ne plac mult.

SPF zi de zi, nu doar la plaja<\/b><\/p>\n

Noi suntem SPF freaks, folosim protectie solara in fiecare zi, indiferent de anotimp si va incurajam sa ne urmati exemplul pentru a preveni imbatranirea prematura a pielii. Stim ca unora li se pare normal sa foloseasca SPF doar la plaja, dar tenul nostru e expus zilnic la radiatii UV, nu doar cand stam sa ne bronzam. Asa cum un trandafir se transforma dintr-un boboc in floare (asa cum v-am sugerat in una din pozele de mai jos), asa si tenul nostru „imbatraneste” pe zi ce trece. Depinde de noi daca ajutam la procesul de accelerare a imbatranirii (in caz ca nu folosim crema cu SPF) sau daca incercam sa il incetinim folosind SPF cat mai mare.<\/p>\n

Crema cu SPF ar trebui sa fie considerata cel mai important produs din kit-ul de make-up. Nu e un produs de machiaj si nu ne infrumuseteaza instant, dar pe termen lung, beneficiile unei creme cu SPF sunt mai importante decat orice produse de machiaj.<\/p>\n

Ce e SPF-ul?<\/b><\/p>\n

SPF= factor de protectie solara <\/b>si reprezinta timpul in care putem s\u0103 ne expunem la soare fara sa ne ardem. De exemplu, o crema cu SPF 15 ne va proteja de 15 ori mai mult decat daca nu folosim nicio crema. Timpul de expunere la soare se calculeaza astfel: timpul in care se inroseste pielea fara fotoprotectie <\/i>inmultit cu numarul factorului de protectie. Stiu ca pare complicat, dar sa luam un exemplu practic: daca eu ma inrosesc dupa 15 minute de stat la soare, dupa aplicarea unei creme cu SPF 20, pot sa stau la soare 300 de minute fara sa ma ard. Timpul de expunere la soare este direct proportional cu SPF-ul.<\/p>\n

Ce inseamna SPF 50+ ? <\/b><\/p>\n

SPF 50+ <\/b>reprezinta <\/b>cel mai inalt grad de protectie. In ceea ce priveste blocarea razele UVB nu e mare diferenta fata de SPF 50 (blocheaza cam tot 98% din UVB), dar ofera o mai buna protectie impotriva  razelor UVA. <\/p>\n

Ce sunt razele UVA si UVB?<\/b><\/p>\n

Exist\u0103 doua tipuri de raze ultraviolete care pot afecta pielea: <\/b>
\n– Razele UVB<\/b> ataca pielea la suprafata, provocand arsuri (B vine de la burn)
\n– Razele UVA<\/b> penetreaza pielea in profunzime atacand colagenul care da pielii elasticitate (A vine de la ageing) si sunt mult mai periculoase pentru ca nu provoaca arsuri, dar au efecte nocive pe termen lung. <\/p>\n

Bioderma Photoderm Max Aquafluide SPF 50+<\/b><\/p>\n

Probabil va intrebati ce crema ar trebui sa folosim pentru a evita aceste efecte daunatoare. In primul rand, in sezonul cald (nu doar vara, ci si acum primavara, daca e foarte soare), folositi SPF 50 sau SPF 50+.<\/p>\n

Una dintre cele mai bune creme cu SPF pe care le-am folosit e Photoderm MAX Aquafluide SPF 50+<\/b><\/a>. V-am mai vorbit despre ea si in postarile de pe blog, dar si pe Youtube. Ne place mult pentru ca are o textura foarte fluida, lejera ca apa, efect DRY TOUCH si bineinteles o protectie solara foarte inalta, potrivita tuturor tipurilor de piele, inclusiv pentru cea mixta sau grasa.<\/p>\n

Dupa aplicarea Photederm MAX Aquafluide, tenul nu luceste, nu e gras si nici nu se simte greoi pe fata, ca alte SPF-uri. Formula e rezistenta la apa, hipoalergenica si non comedogenica, deci poate fi folosita si pe un ten sensibil sau pe unul cu probleme.
\nTenul este protejat de soare, dar si pregatit pentru aplicarea machiajului, pentru ca e catifelat si matifiat, Photoderm fiind si o excelenta baza de machiaj. <\/p>\n

Crema Photoderm MAX Aquafluide SPF 50+ DRY TOUCH este disponibila in 3 variante:<\/b> incolor, Claire si Doree. Variantele colorate sunt perfecte pentru uniformizarea culorii tenului, daca aveti tenul mediu sau inchis.
\nPreferata noastra e varianta incolora pentru ca la celelalte nu ni se potrivesc nuantele. Am folosit-o intens inca de cand a aparut si e aliatul nostru in lupta cu radiatiile UV.<\/p>\n
