Soon we celebrate five years since we clicked for the first time „publish” on AnotherSide Of Me, so we wanted to mark this
\nanniversary with a new layout.
\n 
\nWe regret that we don’t have a print screen of all the blog templates since the beginning until now to show them to you (the first had a background full of colorful
\n flowers, it hurt your eyes if you read more articles :P)<\/p>\n

The new layout <\/b>is simple, elegant, airy, but
\n also modern and professional and represent us so well. We are pretty excited about it.<\/p>\n

Initially
\n we wanted to buy a template, but because we couldn’t find a theme that
\nwe both love, we decided to create one and we must say that we are very pleased with
\nthe result.<\/p>\n

You have a big satisfaction when you realize something, than when you get it all ready. <\/p>\n

Dorina
\n has worked a few nights to create the template (she learned basic HTML and
\nCSS stuff and watched and read dozens of articles and
\ntutorials) and Cristina was the one who gave critical opinion and the verdict: P<\/p>\n

We can tell you that
\nmaking the navigation menu was the hardest part because it required lots and lots
\nof work because we didn’t want to use Image Maps and we use HTML.
\nNot to mention the choice of the fonts, which lasted
\nseveral hours: when we thought that we found „the one”, then we see others on the internet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

We are really pleased with the new look
\nof the blog and we hope you will like it too. <\/p>\n

In curand se implinesc cinci ani de cand am apasat pentru prima oara butonul „publish” pe AnotherSide Of Me, asa ca am vrut sa marcam aceasta aniversare cu un nou layout \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Va pregatim si cateva suprize si o postare speciala, dar toate la timpul lor \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n

Pana atunci, am hotarat sa schimbam aspectul blogului, sa ii oferim un look mai elegant. Am evoluat mult de cand am lansat blogul si am vrut ca aceasta evolutie sa se vada si in privinta aspectului lui.<\/p>\n

Ne pare tare rau ca nu avem un print screen cu toate template-urile pe care le-a avut blogul pana acum pentru a vi le arata (primele aveau un background plin de floricele colorate, te dureau ochii daca citeai mai multe articole pe blog :P)<\/p>\n

Oricum, noul aspect e unul simplu, dar elegant, mult mai aerisit decat pana acum, dar in acelasi timp modern si profesionist si ne reprezinta foarte bine.<\/p>\n

Initial ne-am dorit sa cumparam un template, insa pentru ca nu gaseam o tema care sa ne placa la amandoua, am decis sa o realizam noi si suntem foarte multumite de ce a rezultat.
\nAi o satisfactie de zece ori mai mare cand realizezi tu ceva, decat atunci cand primesti totul de-a gata.<\/p>\n

Dorina a muncit cateva nopti la realizarea template-ului (a invatat si HTML si CSS -chestii basic, but still- si a urmarit si citit zeci de articole si tutoriale), iar Cristina era cea care critica si dadea verdictul \ud83d\ude1b
\nAm avut mai multe variante, insa asta a fost cea castigatoare. Varianta cu navigation bar de culoare neagra i se parea Cristinei prea „indoliata si sobra”, cea simpla, fara nimic, Dorinei i se parea prea banala, asa ca am facut un mix intre cele doua. 
\nOricum, ca un mic secret de culise va putem spune ca realizarea meniului a fost cea mai grea parte pentru ca a necesitat multa, multa munca, deoarece nu am vrut sa folosim Image Maps, ci sa il realizam in HTML. Ca sa nu mai vorbim de alegerea fontului, care a durat cateva ore, pentru ca mereu cand ne hotaram la unul, mai gaseam ceva mai interesant pe internet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Acum suntem chiar multumite de cum arata blogul nostru, asa ca nu ne ramane decat sa ne apucam de postari.
