\nYou know the classic question for a job interview: „Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” Well,
\n if someone put us this question five years ago when we
\nstarted blogging, definitely we haven’t imagine that we will get where we
\n are today. 
\nAt first, Dorina started blogging because as a Journalism student, she loves to write and wanted to do something else
\nthan news, so she created a small (online) corner,
\nwhere wrote her opinions and share with readers a different side
\nof her. Hence the blog name: AnotherSide of Me<\/b>. After some time writing about personal stories, editorials and tennis, she began timidly to write about beauty. She
\n found a few blogs on this niche and have fascinated her so much that she wanted to enter it in
\nthis pink and beautiful world. Even if back then we barely used mascara and foundation, after a while we became passionate about makeup and skincare products. Cristina liked the „blogging thing” so much that after a series of guest posts on the blog she decided to become admin and there began our adventure together in this
\nbeautiful world.
\nWe
\n can’t believe that five years have passed, it’s like yesterday when we opened Blogger dashboard and and we asked our Dorm mates: „What
\ntheme and background to choose?” and we changed them
\nvery often because we couldn’t decide which is more beautiful (almost
\nall were pink with flowers and butterflies).
\nWe didn’t have a plan or a purpose when we started the blog, but we are so happy that we did this step, cause we had a lot of
\n achievements. Some of the jobs we’ve
\nhad were found through our blog, we had the opportunity to review a lot of products, we went to some nice events, we had some
\nvery nice collaborations, but mostly, we met many wonderful people
\nand the most
\nimportant of them is definitely Julie<\/a>, who has now become more than an acquaintance, is one of the best friends we have. Thanks a
\nlot for what you did for us and our blog, sweetie! :*
\n We definitely made a few sacrifices to get here: it wasn’t easy when we were students and we have a
\n full time job to find time to write
\nposts. Even now is not easy, especially as we start
\nposting more often, we don’t even know how many sleepless nights and how many hours
\n of our free time we spent blogging, but when you do something with
\npassion, you don’t realize these things. Also, you can’t imagine the joy we feel when we receive so many nice comments from you. We never met in real life, but you always make our day beautiful when we leave a comment to tell us that you enjoyed our posts. You
\n are one of our main motivations and thank you for taking time to write something here.
\nAlthough
\n five years have passed, we feel that our adventure into the world of
\nblogging is just beginning, we have a lot of dreams and plans for the
\nfuture.

\nStiti clasica si banala intrebare de la interviul pentru job: „Unde te vezi peste 5 ani?” Ei bine, daca ne-ar fi pus cineva intrebarea asta acum cinci ani cand am inceput sa scriem pe blog, cu siguranta nu ne-am fi imaginat ca o sa ajungem unde suntem astazi.
\nLa inceput, Dorina s-a apucat de blogging pentru ca, fiind studenta la Jurnalism, ii placea sa scrie si isi dorea sa faca si altceva in afara de stiri, asa ca a vrut sa isi creeze un mic colt (virtual) al ei, unde sa isi exprime opiniile si sa impartaseasca cu cititorii o alta fata a ei. De aici si numele blogului: AnotherSide of Me<\/b>. Dupa ceva timp de scris despre intamplari personale, tenis si editoriale despre actualitate, a inceput timid sa scrie despre beauty. A descoperit cateva bloguri pe aceasta nisa (Cafeneaua Oanei <\/a>si Coltul Cameliei<\/a> sunt doua dintre ele) si au fascinat-o atat de tare incat si-a dorit sa patrunda si ea in aceasta lume frumoasa si roz.
\nDesi atunci abia foloseam mascara si fond de ten, usor-usor am devenit amandoua pasionate de machiaj si mai ales de produsele de ingrijire. Cristina a luat rapid microbul blogging-ului si dupa o serie de guest post-uri pe blog s-a hotarat sa devina si ea „admin cu acte in regula”, si-a creat cont pe Google si de acolo a inceput aventura noastra impreuna in aceasta lume frumoasa. La inceput nimeni nu ne deosebea, credea ca pe blog scrie o singura persoana, insa, incet-incet, dupa cateva postari impreuna lumea a inceput sa realizeze ca suntem doua si acum chiar reusesc sa ne deosebeasca.<\/p>\n

Nu ne vine sa credem ca au trecut cinci ani, parca ieri am deschis timid tabloul de bord din Blogger si  stresam colegele din camera de camin cu intrebarea ” Care tema si care background vi se pare mai dragut?” si le tot schimbam foarte des pentru ca nu ne puteam hotari care sunt mai frumoase ( mai toate erau roz si cu floricele sau fluturi :P)<\/p>\n

Nu ne-am apucat de blogging cu un scop anume, insa ne bucuram enorm ca am facut-o pentru ca in timpul asta am avut o multime de realizari datorita blogului. Unele dintre job-urile noastre le-am gasit datorita blogului, am avut posibilitatea sa testam o multime de produse in premiera, am mers la cateva evenimente foarte reusite, am avut cateva colaborari foarte frumoase, dar mai ales, am intalnit multe persoane minunate pe care altfel nu am fi avut posibilitatea sa le cunoastem, iar cea mai importanta dintre ele e cu siguranta Julie<\/a>, care a devenit acum mai mult decat o simpla cunostinta, e una dintre cele mai bune prietene pe care le avem si careia ii multumim mult pentru tot ce a facut pentru noi si pentru blog.<\/p>\n

Cu siguranta am facut si cateva mici sacrificii pentru a ajunge aici: nu a fost deloc usor atunci cand eram studente, aveam si job si trebuia sa ne ocupam si de „cele ale casei” sa gasim timp sa scriem postari. Nici acum nu e foarte usor, mai ales ca am inceput sa postam mult mai des, numai noi stim cate nopti nedormite si cate ore din timpul nostru liber am alocat blogging-ului, insa atunci cand faci ceva din pasiune, nu mai realizezi aceste lucruri. In plus, nici nu va imaginati ce bucurie simtim cand primim atatea comentarii frumoase de la voi. Pe majoritatea nu va cunoastem nici macar virtual si totusi ne faceti mereu zilele mai frumoase cand ne lasati comentarii in care ne spuneti ca v-au placut postarile noastre. Sunteti una din principalele noastre motivatii si va multumim enorm pentru ca va rupeti din timpul vostru sa scrieti ceva aici, in casuta noastra virtuala.<\/p>\n

Chiar daca au trecut cinci ani, simtim ca aventura noastra in lumea blogging-ului abia incepe, avem o multime de visuri si planuri pentru viitor.
\n*** Maine urmeaza partea a doua a postarii noastre aniversare<\/b>, cu tinutele pe care le-am purtat pentru a sarbatori cinci ani de blogging. Nu uitati sa vizitati blogul pentru a vedea postarea. V-am pupat! :*<\/p>\n
