Probabil stii deja ca in timpul verii ar trebui sa acorzi o ingrijire speciala fetei tale. Cel mai important pas in rutina de ingrijirea a fetei vara este crema cu protectie solara.<\/p>\n

Auzim multe persoane care spun ca folosesc protectie solara doar la plaja si atunci, cu factor cat mai mic, pentru a se putea bronza uniform. Din pacate, aceasta este una dintre cele mai mari greseli pe care le poti face cand vine vorba de ingrjirea pielii. Nu exista un pas mai important in prevenirea imbatranirii pielii ca protectie solara pentru fata<\/a>. Noi va spunem asta din propria experienta, din pacate. Folosim SPF cu regularitate de ani buni, insa ne-am aplicat doar pe ten, nu si pe gat si acum se vad diferentele. Avem pete si riduri vizibile pe gat, in vreme ce pe ten nu ne confruntam cu aceste probleme. Niciodata nu e prea tarziu sa incepi aplicarea produselor cu SPF, chiar daca ai deja riduri sau pete pigmentare, vei preveni formarea altora noi.<\/p>\n

Acum exista o multime de produse cu SPF astfel incat nici scuza ca sunt prea grase, uleioase sau ca lasa o pelicula alba nu mai e valabila. In plus, unele produse cu SPF\u00a0 contin ingrediente speciale care previn aparitia petelor pigmentare, acneei si imbatranirii pielii, astfel inainte aplicarea lor nu mai e nevoie sa aplici si o crema hidratanta.<\/p>\n

Nici pretul nu mai e o justificare pentru a sari peste acest pas in rutina de ingrijire a fetei pentru ca acum gasesti produse cu SPF la preturi foarte accesibile, cum ar fi cele de la Nivea Sun.<\/p>\n

De asemenea, daca vara nu folosesti fond de ten si nu iti doresti un produs cu acoperire mare, poti folosi doar o crema colorata, cum ar fi Heliocare Color SPF 50 <\/a>care nu doar protejeaza de razele soarelui, dar si uniformizeaza nuanta tenului.<\/p>\n

Daca folosesti fond de ten si doresti sa reaplici SPF peste machiaj pe parcursul zilei poti folosi un spray precum La Roche Posay Anthelios SPF 50<\/a>, astfel nu esti nevoita sa te demachiezi<\/p>\n

Vara e indicat sa folosesti creme cu factor de protectie solara de minimum 30, insa ideal a fi 50, mai ales daca petreceti mai mult timp in aer liber.<\/p>\n

Noi vara alegem exclusiv produse cu SPF 50 de la diverse branduri precum La Roche Posay, Eucerin, Garnier sau Purito, ne place sa le alternam si sa incercam mereu ceva nou.<\/p>\n
