Scented candles, a cup of tea or hot chocolate, a fluffy blanket and a good book or movie that will help you relax and smile.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Danes coined the term hygge for this, a term that cannot be translated into a single word, but which suggests the feeling of comfort, of being comfortable and satisfied. It's about those little things like... warm light of a candle, a walk through the forest during autumn, a campfire in the mid-winter, the meal with the family which helps you relax, recharge your energy and smile, even at the end of a day that was not so good.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You can make a lot of small gestures that brings joy like: light a candle or a aromatherapy diffuser-it's one of the easiest ways to create a pleasant and comfortable environment at home. Surround yourself with a Scandinavian-style d\u00e9cor, listen to relaxing music, eat something good and read a good book!
