Unii dintre noi sunt mai norocosi si sunt inzestrati cu o dantura impecabila, in vreme ce altii se chinuie sa o obtina. Eu ma regasesc clar in a doua categorie, de mica am avut probleme cu dintii si am mers la o gramada de stomatologi: 3 aparate dentare (unul mobil si doua fixe pentru dinti prea inghesuiti si muscatura gresita, carii, sangerarea gingiilor etc).
\nCand eram mica, aveam cosmaruri (la propriu) legate de mersul la dentist, deoarece am avut multe experiente traumatizante, la vremea aia nu existau cabinete speciale pentru copii ca astazi, era totul mult mai dureros si mai greu de rezolvat, iar medicii nu erau nici pe departe la fel de profesionisti si prietenosi ca si cei la care merg acum.<\/p>\n

Aceste vizite dese la stomatolog, in afara de faptul ca mi-au rezolvat problemele, m-au invatat si o multime de informatii\u00a0 despre igiena orala.<\/p>\n

Spre exemplu, inainte sa am aparatul dentar nici nu ma gandeam la utilitatea unui dus bucal<\/strong>. Tot atunci am descoperit si periutele interdentare<\/strong> care sunt lifesaver in calatorii sau de tinut zi de zi in geanta, mai ales daca ai dintii inghesuiti. Chiar daca vi se pare ca aveti dintii perfect curati dupa periaj, doar folosind un dus bucal o sa realizati ca nu e chiar asa si o sa vedeti cate mici particule mai reusesc sa se strecoare printre spatiile dintre dinti, particule care in timp duc la acumularea de placa si mai apoi tartru.<\/p>\n

De asemenea, e foarte important sa folosesti o periuta de dinti<\/a> buna, fie ca vorbim de una electrica sau una manuala. V-am povestit intr-un articol mai vechi despre periutele Oral B Genius 8900<\/strong><\/a> pe care le folosim, iar capetele preferate de noi sunt varianta Sensitive. Cand nu putem folosi periutele electrice (fie sunt la incarcat, fie suntem in calatorii) preferam periutele Curaprox, care sunt foarte moi si nu agreseaza gingiile.<\/p>\n

Pana acum cateva luni foloseam pasta de dinti<\/a> Sensodyne, insa, la recomandarea stomatologului, am inceput sa folosesc Elmex<\/strong>. Mi-a oferit o mostra pentru ca aveam sensibilitate destul de mare la rece la unul din dinti. Dupa ce am folosit-o de cateva ori, sensibilitatea mi-a disparut si am observat ca si curata dintii foarte bine. Nici nu apucasem sa termin mostre respectiva si ma intrebam unde sa o gasesc pentru ca e o pasta de dinti profesionala si nu se gaseste peste tot, insa am descoperit-o pe Notino. Mie mi se pare cea mai buna pasta de dinti pe care am folosit-o pana acum si am testat o multime de branduri. Pur si simplu nu mi-a venit sa cred ca nici macar tratamentele pe care le-am facut in trecut nu m-au ajutat cu sensibilitatea dentara, cat m-a ajutat aceasta pasta de dinti.<\/p>\n

De asemenea, apa de gura<\/strong> e foarte importanta. Noi preferam Listerine, am incercat absolut toate variantele, iar preferata noastra este Total Care Zero, varianta mov fara alcool.<\/p>\n

Si modalitatea de periaj este foarte importanta, cautati tutoriale pe Youtube despre cum se realizeaza corect un periaj si cresteti durata periajului la minimum 2 minute, ideal ar fi sa va periati cam 4 minute. Eu am aflat tarziu aceste informatii, daca le-as fi stiut mai devreme, probabil as fi reusit sa previn o parte din problemele aparute.<\/p>\n

Si daca tot suntem la capitolul igiena, voiam sa va anunt ca pe Notino puteti comanda de asemenea si produse de igiena personala<\/a> si drogherie, iar la multe dintre ele beneficiati si de transport gratuit.<\/p>\n
