Noi avand un ten sensibil si uscat, cu atat mai mult ii acordam o atentie mai mare deoarece necesita hidratare suplimentara.<\/p>\n<p>In afara de rutina obisnuita, care include crema hidratanta, SPF, toner si acizi, iarna scoatem la inaintare si mastile de fata. Daca vara ne e cam lene si nici nu prea avem timp, fiind mai tot timpl plecate, iarna ne place sa folosim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notino.ro\/masti-faciale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">masti de fata<\/a> pentru ca nu doar ne ajuta sa avem tenul mai hidratat, dar ne si relaxeaza. Ne luam 15-20 de minute doar pentru noi, timp in care fie citim ceva, fie ascultam muzica sau ne uitam la niste clipuri.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatele sunt de cele mai multe ori imediate: tenul e mai hidratat, mai luminos si mai fin, iar machiajul se aseaza mult mai frumos. Din pacate, hidratarea nu este de durata, trebuie sa repetati aplicarea frecvent, insa e bine ca macar pe moment tenul se simt si arata mai bine. Mastile noastre preferate sunt cele coreene de la Holika Holika, au o varietate foarte mare pentru toate tipurile de ten, asa ca e imposibil sa nu gasiti una care sa vi se potriveasca.<\/p>\n<p>Si buzele au de suferit de pe urma frigului, nu doar tenul. Iarna preferam sa folosim un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notino.ro\/balsam-de-buze\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">balsam de buze <\/a>mai hidratant decat in restul anotimpurilor. Noi preferam Bioderma Atoderm, e cel mai hidratant pe care l-am folosit pana acum, iti lasa buzele perfecte cat ai zice &#8222;hidratare&#8221; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Are si un miros si o aroma discreta, poate fi folosit de oricine, chiar si de cei sensibili, care nu suporta parfumurile in produsele de ingrijire.<\/p>\n<p>Chiar daca ai o crema hidratanta preferata in restul anului, iarna aceasta e posibil sa nu faca fata, asa ca e nevoie de una mai emolienta.<\/p>\n<p>Noi preferam cremele dermatocosmetice, in special Avene. In restul anului, cremele de la Bioderma sunt preferatele noastre, dar iarna parca nu fac fata asa bine tenului nostru uscat, asa ca ne indreptam spre altceva.<\/p>\n<p>Nou intrata in rutina noastra este <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notino.ro\/avene\/cicalfate-crema-anti-bacteriana-cu-efect-curativ-pentru-fata-si-corp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">crema Cicalfate<\/a>, o crema cu efect calmant pentru pielea foarte uscata.De fiecare data cand suntem racite, pielea din zona nasului se cojeste si probabil nu suntem singurele care patesc asta, asa ca aceasta crema e de un real ajutor.<\/p>\n<p>Am incercat mai multe creme hidratante de la Avene de-a lungul timpului si toae ne-au placut.
