Marea mea slabiciune erau dulciurile, cred ca in fiecare zi mancam cate ceva si spun &#8222;erau&#8221; pentru ca, da, am realizat ca pot trai si fara ele.<\/p>\n<p>Nu mi-am impus nimic la inceput, am luat-o usor si am ajuns in a doua saptamana fara sa consum dulciuri absolut deloc, pur si simplu nu am mai simtit nevoia. Nu spun ca o sa renunt definitiv la ele, dar cu siguranta o sa consum mult mai rar.<\/p>\n<p>Am inceput sa fiu mai constienta de rolul important al alimentatiei in viata mea, in aceasta perioada am gatit aproape in fiecare zi, am evitat semipreparatele si alte alimente nesanatoase si am reusit sa renunt si la painea traditionala, pe care am inlocuit-o cu painea de tip crackers de secara.<\/p>\n<p>In acest proces m-a ajutat mult si noul iaurt Activia Finesse pe care l-am consumat fie dimineata, alaturi de fructe si nuci, fie seara cand nu prea aveam timp sa imi mai pregatesc cina, alaturi de niste paine crackers. Va indemn si pe voi sa alegeti iaurt in care sa adaugati fructele preferate atunci cand aveti pofta de ceva dulce, fiind o gustare sanatoasa si delicioasa. \u00a0Chiar nu veti mai simti nevoia sa consumati ceva cu zahar. Si daca vreti ceva dulce, puteti alege o prajitura cu fructe in loc de prajitura cu ciocolata. &#8222;Din doua rele, alegeti varianta cea mai putin rea&#8221;- asta ne-a spus Cori Gramescu chiar de la prima intalnire din programul Provocarea Activia \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Am fost la sala de cinci ori pe saptamana, deci de zece ori in aceste doua saptamani, mai mult decat am fost tot anul trecut \ud83d\ude42 Si pentru ca sala LadyFIT are programe foarte variate, am descoperit si yoga, de care m-am indragostit iremediabil.<\/p>\n<p>Nu doar ca ma simt mai in forma acum si am o conditie fizica mai buna, dar am o stare de spirit mai buna. Mi-am dat seama ca fraza &#8222;nu am timp&#8221; e doar o scuza atunci cand nu vrei sa faci ceva, nu exista cu adevarat asa ceva. Job full time, blogging, sala, gatit si chiar iesit in oras, am avut timp de toate in aceste doua saptamani si am invatat ca pot sa fac tot ce imi propun daca vreau. Nu e simplu sa iesi din zona de confort si sa renunti la sedentarism, insa rezultatele si recompensele acestui stil de viata sunt pe masura efortului depus.<\/p>\n<p>Chiar daca Provocarea Activia a ajuns la final, bineinteles ca eu nu o sa ma opresc aici! Abia am inceput procesul de a-mi regasi starea de bine. Programul oferit de Activia a fost startul de care aveam nevoie pentru a avea un stil de viata sanatos si activ.<\/p>\n<p>Acest program m-a ajutat sa fiu mai energica, sa am un tonus mai bun, dar mi-a aratat si faptul ca pot face mai mult decat as fi crezut ca sunt capabila. La final pot spune ca ma simt mai bine nu doar din punct de vedere fizic, ci si mental s-au imbunatit multe lucruri si atitudinea mea e alta.<\/p>\n<p>Chiar daca nu ati luat parte la programul Provocarea Activia, va indemn si pe voi sa adoptati un stil de viata mai sanatos, sa faceti sport si sa aveti grija la alimentatie, indiferent de varsta pe care o aveti. Si daca nu stiti de unde sa incepeti acest proces, pe site-ul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activia.ro\/ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">activia.ro<\/a> gasiti multe sfaturi despre un stil de viata sanatos, de la exercitii fizice, diete echilibrate sau idei de mic dejun.
