Imi doresc sa fac mai multa miscare, dar si sa am mai multa grija la alimentatie. Stiu ca toti ne propunem asta la inceput de an, iar apoi usor, usor renuntam si revenim la vechile noastre obiceiuri, insa de aceasta data mi-am propus sa fiu mai ambitioasa si sa nu mai renunt asa usor.<\/p>\n<p>Nu am tinut niciodata o dieta sau un regim si nici nu m-am infometat pentru ca, pur si simplu, nu cred in asta. Echilibrul este solutia intotdeauna. In teorie suna foarte simplu, insa in practica altfel sta treaba. Cand vine vorba de miscare, mereu incercam sa ne gasim scuze, ne eschivam motivand ca nu avem timp, ca suntem prea obositi sau ca nu ne place sa facem efort.<\/p>\n<p>In sezonul rece sunt mai sedentara si nici nu am dispozitia necesara sa fac miscare. Plus ca, dupa cum am tot spus pe Instagram si Youtube, marea mea slabiciune sunt dulciurile si imi e tare greu sa ma abtin cand vine vorba de ceva dulce.<\/p>\n<p>Desi stiu ca nu sunt sanatoase (o am pe Dorina care ma tot bate la cap cu asta \ud83d\ude42 ), parca imi dau dependenta si nu ma pot abtine. In ultima vreme am inceput sa renunt sa le mai consum seara, ma rezum sa mananc ceva dulce dimineata sau pana in pranz, dar tot le consum frecvent. Scopul meu pentru viitorul apropiat e sa renunt pe cat pot la ele si sa incerc sa le inlocuiesc cu gustari mai sanatoase.<\/p>\n<p>Dupa cum va spuneam la inceputul articolului, de anul asta acesta mi-am propus sa iau masuri si sa imi schimb stilul de viata, tocmai de aceea m-am inscris in programul \u201cProvocarea Activia\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce e provocarea Activia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cProvocarea Activia\u201d este un program de 14 zile care se concentreaza pe un stil de viata sanatos \u2013 atat la nivel alimentar, cat si fizic.<\/p>\n<p>Mai precis, timp de 14 zile voi beneficia de ajutorul nutritionistului <strong>Cori Gramescu<\/strong>, care imi va realiza un plan alimentar si un program de sport personalizat (atat mie cat si celorlalti noua colegi din program). Sunt convinsa ca ati auzit de Cori Gramescu, coach de lifestyle si nutritie, deoarece e o prezenta activa atat in mediul online, dar si la numeroase emisiuni si evenimente in mediul offline.<\/p>\n<p>Programul face parte din campania nationala \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activia.ro\/ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Incearca provocarea Activia. Multumita sau banii inapoi<\/a>\u201d,<\/strong> in cadrul careia consumatorii sunt invitati sa consume zilnic, timp de 14 zile, iaurturi din gama Activia. Daca la sfarsitul celor doua saptamani nu sunt multumiti, primesc banii inapoi. Odata cu lansarea acestei campanii, Activia aduce pe piata si primul iaurt cremos din gama Activia natur: <strong>Activia Finesse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asadar, in perioada 29 ianuarie \u2013 11 februarie voi fi implicata in programul \u201cprovocarea Activia\u201d si va voi tine zilnic la curent cu exercitiile pe care le voi urma si cu planul alimentar- nu uitati sa ma urmariti pe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/criss_ioana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a>, postez zilnic pe Stories.<\/p>\n<p>Sper sa fiti si voi motivate de aceasta postare si de astazi sa incepem impreuna sa ne schimbam stilul de viata.<\/p>\n<p>Voi ce slabiciuni aveti?
