This is the last week of summer and we wanted to begin it with a special post, so we will show you some pictures that we took at the only picnic we organized this summer with our good friend Julie<\/a>.\u00a0 Now that the summer is almost over we really regret that we couldn’t organize these kind of meetings more often but we had a busy schedule in the last weeks.<\/p>\n

In Romania picnics are not too popular, but we love them! We told you in this post about London<\/a> that British people are sitting at picnic even when it’s raining and from what we saw on social networks, bloggers from United States seems to organize a picnic almost every week \ud83d\ude42
\nWe hope that in the future picnics will become as popular as barbeque in Romania, although we know that the chances are very small \ud83d\ude42 Anyway, no matter if it’s popular or not, we felt so good at this picnic and we took some pretty pictures, too \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

We all wore pleated skirts and the funny part it’s that we don’t even spoke one with each other to dress like that. But we know each other so well :)) We found two Jane Austen books that match perfectly our outfits. And we think that our pastel pleated skirts and our matching straw hats seem a modern reinterpretation of the Austen’ „Pride and Prejudice” and „Sense and Sensibility” characters costumes.\u00a0 We chose some basic tops- Dorina one with a message more than adequate – „We love picnic days” and Cristina an off the shoulders feminine one. It was really funny to have matching skirts, hats and books, it makes everything look more feminine and romantic.<\/p>\n

We are so sad that summer is already over, but a picnic over a carpet of leaves wouldn’t look so bad, right? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Incepem ultima saptamana de vara cu o postare care ne e tare draga si va aratam cateva poze pe care le-am facut la singurul picnic pe care l-am organizat vara asta impreuna cu buna noastra prietena Julie<\/a>. Chiar ne pare rau ca nu am reusit sa organizam astfel de iesiri la iarba verde mai des, insa am avut programul destul de incarcat vara asta. Dar cu siguranta pe viitor intentionam sa ne sincronizam mai bine si sa mai iesim pentru ca ne place atat de tare sa stam pe marginea lacului si sa povestim cate luna-n si stele, sa radem, sa mai rontaim cate ceva, sa facem poze.
\nIn Romania ni se pare ca nu doar ca lumea nu prea iese la picnic, dar se uita si chioras cand ii vad pe cei care indraznesc sa faca asta. V-am povestit in postarea despre Londra<\/a> ca englezii stateau la picnic si pe ploaie, iar la bloggeritele din Statele Unite vedem ca organizeaza cate un picnic aproape in fiecare saptamana \ud83d\ude00 Speram ca pe viitor picnicul sa devina la fel de popular ca gratarul si in Romania, desi stim ca sansele sunt mici \ud83d\ude42 Oricum, nu conteaza ca e popular sau nu picnicul la noi, noi ne-am simtit tare bine si pozele de mai jos stau marturie \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Tinutele pe care le-am purtat la picnic ne duc cu gandul la Jane Austen, una din autoarele noastre favorite si intamplator chiar am gasit in biblioteca si doua carti scrise de ea care se potrivesc perfect cu tinutele noastre. Fustele plisate in culori pastel si palariile de paie asortate ni se par o reinterpretare moderna a tinutelor pe care le-ar purta personajele din „Mandrie si Prejudecata” sau „Ratiune si Simtire” \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Pentru partea de sus am optam pentru topuri basic- Dorina unul cu un mesaj mai mult decat potrivit cu ocazia- „We love picnic days”, iar Cristina unul feminin, pe umeri, din dantela. A fost foarte amuzant sa avem fuste, palarii si carti asortate, face ca totul sa para mai feminin si mai romantic.<\/p>\n

Nu ne vine sa credem ca vara e deja pe sfarsite, insa nici peste un covor de frunze nu ar arata rau un picnic, nu? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
